2.2. What services are included in the price of full board?
A: In addition to the services included in the price for the room (umbrella on the beach (excluding the first row), breakfast, bikes, swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, a room to get changed and take a shower when arriving and departing outside check-in and check-out times, daily cleaning, and tidying up in the afternoon), buffet lunch and dinner served at the table are included in the price for full board.
2.3. Are beverages included?
A: Beverages are excluded from the price of the room and full board. They have to be paid for separately and they will be charged to the bill of the guest.
2.4. Does the hotel offer full board or only half board?
A: The hotel offers full board. Half board is not available.
2.5. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes, the hotel has both a pool for adults and one for children.
2.6. What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

A: To enter the sauna, you must be at least 18 years old. For the pool, minors must be under the supervision of a parent.

Yes, the first towel is provided free of charge. Then a fee of €4.00 is charged each time the towel is changed.

The restaurant is located in the garden. It offers a view of the pool on one side. On the other side, in the distance, you can see the beach.

The hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor bar. The latter is called Nuàns.
2.15. What are the opening hours of the bar?
The outdoor bar, Nuàns, is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., while the indoor bar is open until 11 p.m.
2.16. Does the hotel garden have deck chairs or sunbeds to sunbathe?
The park of the hotel (our facility lies on a 4,500-square-meter plot of land) has teak sunbeds to sunbathe.

The hotel offers a tennis court, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a ping-pong table, Nordic walking poles, bicycles and e-bikes, and the possibility of booking guided bike tours, even renting bikes from an outside bike rental company.

A: Yes, we offer the option to rent both bicycles and e-bikes to explore the surrounding area; we also have children's bikes and electric cargo bikes available for families who want to explore the area together.
2.19. What are the rates for the bike or e-bike rental service offered by the hotel?
Bikes are included in your stay, and e-bikes are available at a cost of € 3.00 per hour. Children's bikes and cargo bikes are included in your stay, so you can use them for free during your stay.

A: The sauna is open upon request with 30 minutes' notice to warm it up.

A: We ask a minimum of 30 minutes' notice for access to the sauna. This will allow us to turn it on and heat it up. For the fitness room, simply request the key at the front desk.

A: Parking at the hotel costs €5.00 per day, but is free of charge for guests who book directly with us.

A: We have five types of rooms: the single, comfort (double), beachfront (double), superior (triple) and deluxe (double).
3.2. What is the size of the rooms?
A: Single rooms have a size of about 12 square meters, while comfort and seafront rooms have a size of about 20 square meters. Superior rooms range from 22 to 26 square meters, while deluxe rooms range from 32 to 40 square meters.
3.3. What services are included in the price of the room?
A: The price of the room includes Wi-Fi, umbrella on the beach (excluding the first row), breakfast, bike rental, use of the swimming pool, sauna upon request, fitness room, a room to get changed and take a shower when arriving and departing outside check-in and check-out times, daily cleaning, and tidying up in the afternoon.
3.4. Do the rooms of the hotel have a balcony or terrace?
A: All of our rooms have a terrace.
3.5. Does the hotel offer beachfront rooms or rooms with a sea view?
A: Yes, the hotel offers beachfront rooms and almost all of the others have a view of the sea.
3.6. Do the rooms of the hotel have a sea view or a garden view?
A: Most of our rooms have a side view of the sea, while four rooms have a front view of the sea. Our garden is located between the hotel and the sea.
3.7. Are the rooms of the hotel equipped with air conditioning?
A: All our rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
3.8. Are the hotel rooms equipped with mini-fridges or minibars?
All our rooms are equipped with minibars, to avoid waste, it will only be restocked if requested by the guest at the time of booking.

A: According to the law, children under the age of 18 cannot stay alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
3.16. When are the rooms cleaned?
A: Rooms are cleaned from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and tidied up from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
3.17. Do the hotel rooms have a shower or bathtub?
A: Most of our rooms have showers, but we also have two rooms with bathtubs.
3.18. Are the hotel rooms equipped with doors with electronic lock?
A: No, our rooms are equipped with high security mechanical door lock.

4.1. What information is needed to book?
A: In order to book, we need the guest's first and last name, the dates of your stay, the number of people, and the board basis of your choice. Furthermore, if you have any special requests or needs, we are happy to listen and fulfill them.
4.2. What are the opening hours of the front desk during which I can book?
A: Our front desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4.3. Does the hotel require a credit card to guarantee the booking?
A: To guarantee the booking, we require a payment of a deposit of the 30% of the total amount of your stay, which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or via the satispay app.
4.4. How is the booking confirmed?
A: The booking is confirmed by email or through a link on the mini-site of the offer. Then, we send the guest directions to pay the deposit of 30%. Finally, we send a confirmation email to the guest to confirm the successful booking.
4.5. Does the hotel send an email or SMS to confirm the booking?
A: We send a booking confirmation by email.
4.6. Does the hotel require an ID card at check-in?
A: Yes, in compliance with the law we require ID cards of all guests, adults and children, at the time of check-in.

A: Depending on availability, we always try to meet the requests of our guests as far as last-minute changes are concerned.

A: If you cancel the reservation less than 30 days before the stay, we keep the deposit. However, if the guest has chosen the prepaid insured rate, we refund the full amount.

A: The rates on our website are the best you can find online. If you find any websites with better rates, please let us know and we will modify our prices accordingly.
4.10. Does the hotel require a security deposit upon check-in?
A: No, the full payment of the stay is required at the time of check-in.

A: You can pay your bill in cash up to the legal limit, or by credit/debit card or satispay.

A: Yes, depending on the periods and active offers we only offer the transfer service for stays of at least one week.
5.3. What are the rates for the transfer service from the airport offered by the hotel?
A: If transfer is offered by the hotel, it is included in the price of your stay. Otherwise, the cost of the Taxi service to or from the Venice airport is € 100.00.
5.4. How can I book the transfer service from the airport offered by the hotel?
A: If the transfer is offered by the hotel, please request it when you confirm your stay and inform us of your flight times. Otherwise, we will be happy to help you book the Taxi if you provide us with your flight times.
5.5. What are the other transportation options to reach the hotel from the airport?
A: Alternatively, you can take the bus from the airport to the Jesolo central station and then another bus all the way to stop 70 on the urban line number 2 in the direction of Cortellazzo. However, there is no railway line that goes to the Venice airport.
5.6. What are the rates for the car or scooter rental service offered by the hotel?
A: Since we do not offer this service directly, we cannot provide accurate information on rates. We encourage you to contact the rental company directly.

A: No, we do not offer a shuttle service to nearby locations. However, we can book a Taxi/car hire with driver service for our guests.
5.8. What are the other transportation options to get to the nearby locations?
A: To travel to nearby locations, you can use ATVO buses or Taxis, which are available in the area, or you can opt for the NCC (Car hire with driver) service, which offers a convenient alternative to reach places in the surrounding area.
